To lead students into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.....

"Our aim is to challenge, equip, and mobilize a student generation that would make Jesus Christ the passionate pursuit of their lives." TC seeks to be a ministry on the frontier of youth culture. We’re praying it serves as a launch pad for developing future cultural leaders.

To gather students together and uniting them in corporate worship and prayer. "We exist to be a resource for student ministries that would leverage momentum for a continous journey towards spiritual depth and growth" As student ministries merge together we offer an experience for them to grow and thrive in their relationship with Jesus Christ.  These weeks of camp consist of intense discipleship environments to deepen the student’s awareness of God’s intention for their lives.

TC is a single entity that corporately gathers student ministries from local churches. TC began in 1984. It was started by Gene Gibbons, a local youth pastor from Springfield, MO. At the time it was just a camp for his student ministry, but in 1992 the vision became clear that God was calling him to make this a gathering for local student ministries. Since then we’ve united across the boundary lines of denomination, joined together in one purpose, as we strengthen the body of Christ together. (Each week of camp will consist of 500-1,000 students depending on the date and location)
