Our desire is to equip students with the resources and elements needed to thrive in youth culture. The experience at TC challenges and encourages students to live out their lives with purpose, passion, and love for Jesus Christ. TC is dedicated to inspiring students in becoming leaders who will serve and love unconditionally as they create change in their sphere of influence. (Hebrews 13:21)

Connecting individuals to their “source” [Creator God] by creating an atmosphere relevant to youth culture. Believing the most effective way to connect with students in this generation, is embracing the culture in which they live. (1 Corinthians 9:19-23)

TC is dedicated to inspire students to dream and discover their uniqueness through a variety of “discovery classes” rooted in creativity. These are designed to promote and create an understanding of strengths and interests. The products of these classes create a sense of self-worth and self-awareness, which strengthens the individual to move forward and explore purpose. (Exodus 31:2-6)

Creating environments where students step into an atmosphere without the fear of rejection or judgment. Convinced that students struggle with self-esteem and self-worth, TC is devoted to be a voice of encouragement through word’s of affirmation and developing an awareness of their strengths. By encouraging students to engage life, take risks, and pursue a life of following Christ, they become people of influence. (Colossians 2:2)

We believe worship is an expression of the gifts and abilities God has given you. Worship is an expression of the creativity inside of you. Worship is any act that expresses who Christ is in you. Because God is not limited to one style or preference of worship, TC embraces the uniqueness and creativity through several “elements” expressed in song, dance, art, and spoken word. (2 Samuel 6:14; 6:21-22)
